Parking Lot Rates

New Parking Rates for Long Term Lot 1 Go Into Effect February 1st

Santa Barbara Airport's final phase of construction for the Airline Terminal Project requires that the temporary Short-Term Parking lot be closed to allow for realignment of the roadway. Effective Sunday, January 8, the temporary Short-Term Parking lot will be closed.

Effective Monday, January 9, Long-Term Parking Lot 1 at the Airline Terminal will be used for all on-site parking.  The Airline Terminal Project is in its last phase of construction. The new Short Term Parking Lot and airline terminal road will also be completed in this phase, all of which should be finalized by June 2012. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We encourage passengers to park in Long Term Parking Lot 2 off of Hollister Avenue and Frederick Lopez Road during this phase of construction and take advantage of the FREE shuttle that takes you directly to the Airline Terminal every 8-10 minutes.

Accepted forms of payment at Long Term Parking Lot 1:
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover Card)  are accepted for payment at Long Term Parking Lot 1 pay station. You can also pre-pay at the pay station in front of the Terminal or at the exit kiosk. If you need to pay with cash the pay station in front ot the Terminal is the only place you will be able to do so for this parking lot. Take your pre-paid ticket with you to exit the parking lot.  Personal checks are not accepted

Long Term Parking Lot 2
Lot 2 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A free shuttle van drops you off in front of the Terminal and operates between Lot 2 and the Airline Terminal every ten minutes 7 days a week, including holidays.

Accepted forms of payment at the Airport Parking Lot 2:
Cash (an ATM is located in the Terminal south lobby) and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover Card) are accepted for payment at the parking lot exit pay station. Personal checks are not accepted.

AMPCO Parking Manager & Information
The parking lots are managed by AMPCO Parking Service; questions regarding the parking lots may be directed to 805.967.4566.

Bicycle Information
Uncovered bicycle racks are available near the Airport Terminal. Plans for future Terminal improvements will include covered bicycle accommodations into the design.

Disabled Parking Information
Disabled parking is available at the Airline Terminal in the Long and Short Term Parking Lots. The parking rates are the same as the regular rates.
