Assistant Director Hazel JohnsThe Business & Property Management Division manages the Airport’s commercial and industrial properties and aviation uses and activities. Its goal is to ensure the Airport’s economic self-sufficiency through full use and occupancy of the Airport’s facilities. It monitors Airport property leases for compliance, supervises the Department accounting and financial management functions, and administers the management contract for the public parking facilities at the Airline Terminal.

Properties for Lease
The following types of properties are available for lease at the Airport:
1,054 square feet of office or office storage. $1,673 per month.
Industrial Space:
1,440 square feet of industrial space. $1,570 per month. Term is month to month.
Storage:
1,560 square feet of warehouse. Pedestrian and roll-up doors. $1,092/month exclusive of utilities.
